Use License

Mano Colors grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content from our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you agree not to:

• Use materials for commercial purposes or public displays, whether for commercial or non-commercial reasons;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software on the website;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or

This license is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate it if you violate any of these terms.

Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We make every effort to display the products as accurately as possible, including colors and sizes. However, the actual color or texture may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting during photo shoots. We cannot guarantee an exact match of the product color or texture to what appears on your device.

Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or refund as appropriate.

Order Acceptance & Payment

Your order submission does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We accept your offer to purchase only when the items are dispatched or when the services are initiated. You will receive an order confirmation email once we process your order.

All products ordered remain the property of Mano Colors until full payment has been received. If your payment is unsuccessful or the product is unavailable, we will cancel the order and issue a refund, if applicable.

Refunds are processed through store credit/vouchers unless otherwise discussed with customer service.

Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your products in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Delivery charges may apply, and customers will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international orders.

Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. In the event the recipient is unavailable to sign for the delivery, we will make at least two delivery attempts before returning the order.

In cases of order splits, you will be notified of any changes and will not incur additional delivery charges.

Order Changes

You may modify or cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Refunds & Exchanges

Mano Colors offers a Robust Refund Policy, subject to the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
• Refunds are not applicable on products purchased with a discount of 41% or more.
• If you wish to exchange for a different size, color, or design, the customer is responsible for the courier charges for returns and reshipments.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, unless otherwise requested, and only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges and Returns:

• Claims for exchanges or returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
• Products that are opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Inner-wear products, fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• A clear description of the issue (including photos or videos) must be provided for returns or exchanges related to defects or damage.

Product Availability & Delivery Issues

In the event a product is unavailable, we will notify you via email and offer an alternative. We aim to fulfill all orders as efficiently as possible, but if an item is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
